Chris is still in China and Colin didn't really feel like podcasting today so Bob and Lee get together and talk aboot Transformers of all things, so needless to say, this is probably our worst episode.
Colin is filling in for Chris while he's in China. Lee tries to rock an actual opening for the podcast using Pete Weber's U.S. Open win and the Punk-O-Matic flash game. Lee talks aboot the ramifications of getting one's face blown off and then the boys have a spirited, spoiler-filled discussion aboot Captain America: Civil War.
The boys eat Teen Burgers, Whoppers and Big Macs to determine who has the best flagship fast food burger in Saskatoon. Lee argues with Chris that fast food is shitty and evil, but doesn't have the proper facts to back it up. Bob's son is the worst podcast guest ever.
The boys spend a good amount of time ironing out the details of the Obesity Ball and prepare for the prestegious award show's first category "Best Flagship Burger". Lee and Chris also talk aboot how awesome Saskatchewan Rush games are.
This is part 2 of our podcast in a car on the way home from the High Impact Wrestling show in Saskatoon on April 15, 2016. Hear aboot how Lee tried to heckle the ring announcer and totally botched it. The sound is awful, but at least it's short.
We recorded a couple podcasts to and from the High Impact Wrestling show on April 15, 2016; the sound quality is terrrrrrrrrrrrrrrible, but in the interest of full disclosure, they're getting released anydangways. At least they're short.
The boys are back with another episode, this time from Bob's basement with no podcast equipment except for Lee's laptop, so the sound quality will not be as good as last episode. Bob gets his chance to talk Batman v Superman; the boys hash oot more of the details for the upcoming, newly-named Obesity Ball (fast food awards); then talk Saskatchewan Rush Lacrosse and High Impact Wrestling (next show Friday April 15th!).
Lee is in Regina for a Racquetball Tournament and sits down with Graham from The Salad Days podcast (check it oot, it's really good). His basement is emaculate and so is his podcasting equipment, so this will probably go down as our most professional sounding podcast we've ever recorded. Topics range from movies, to pinball, and to three generations of family sharing an outdoor urination. Enjoy!
